Payment and Enrollment Options
Monthly Autopay – With this option, tuition for the session is divided into three equal payments, charged on the 1st of each month. When you select this option, your enrollment is ongoing unless written notification is received. Full session commitment is required. (See the policies section below for complete details). This option requires a credit card on file.
Session Pay in Full – For this option, you may pay in full for the session prior to beginning classes. Payment by check, cash, or credit card is accepted.
Request a no-obligation trial class today! If you decide not to enroll your child, no money is due. However, if you wish to enroll the trial will count as your first class. Families may certainly take the time to consider their decision and enroll at a later time, but we cannot hold a spot until payment is received.
Yearly Registration Fee
We have a membership fee that is due at the time of registration. The fee is $48 per child or $84 for a family with two or more children. For team athletes, the registration fee is $60 per child or $96 for a family. This fee is billed every year on the anniversary date of the families’ enrollment.
Late Fee – If Automatic Payment is declined, and we haven’t received payment by the 10th of the month (5th of the month for team members), then a $20 late fee will be added to your account.
Drop Policy – You must submit a drop notice to the front desk. We will not issue a refund if drop notice was not received. If you paid in full your child will be automatically dropped at the end of the session.
Makeups – We offer a maximum of two makeup classes per session. Make ups are not guaranteed and subject to availability.
Safety in the Gym – Safety is number one. Please help us keep your children and other children safe by following all posted signs and rules. Parents and siblings are not permitted on the floor at any time unless escorted by staff. In the rare event that your child is injured during class, please allow us to escort you on the floor. Unsupervised play in the front desk area or outside the gym is not permitted.
Pick up and Drop off – Timely pick ups and drop offs help us stay on schedule. Please do not drop your child off at the gym more than 10 minutes prior to the start of their class. Please pick up your child within 5 minutes after their class has ended. It is important to note that children are not allowed to wait outside while waiting for their ride.
We are closed for the following holidays: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving. If your child’s class falls on one of these holidays, you may schedule a make up. Our winter closure is two weeks during December and January and summer closure is one week leading up to Independence Day. These weeks are not included in any sessions and are therefore not subject to make-ups or tuition credit.
In the event of inclement weather, we will post closure information on our website as well as our Facebook page. No tuition credits will be given for weather-related closures, but make ups can be scheduled at your convenience.

Do you do birthday parties?
Will my child have the same instructor for the duration of his/her class?
We understand how important it is for children to develop a trusting relationship with their instructor. Therefore, we make every effort to maintain consistency in our coaching staff. However, illness or travel occasionally requires us to make a substitution and in these cases, we will select a substitute of equal caliber to take the class.
I would like to discontinue classes that I’ve already paid for. What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds on tuition. You are financially committed to the end of a session once you register. However, if you decide to drop a class prior to the end of a session, we will place a credit on your account that can be applied towards tuition only for any child in your family.
My child is not enrolled in your program. Can I schedule a private lesson with one of your instructors?
Our coaches’ first responsibility is to the athletes enrolled in our program. To ensure they have the time to fulfill that responsibility, we only offer private lessons to current clients. The only exception is for individuals trying out for a high school cheer squad. To schedule a private lesson for this purpose, you will need to pay the $48 registration fee and a gym use fee for each private lesson to the gym. In addition, the coach charges their own fee for the private lesson, which ranges from $35 to $70 per hour.
